Hi
Just after a bit more advice about the Allocation Questionnaire.
In section A: Settlement, not sure whether to take the option to postpone it for one month and try to settle out of court?? Is this wise?
Or just continue through the court system?
What will have the most successful outcome?
Cheers..

No real point in delaying it, the defendant has had enough time to pay up. It's in everyone's interests to get this settled as soon as possible.0

Tick "no".
If you tick "yes", unscrupulous Defence Lawyers will draw attention to that at your Hearing and claim you were precipitous in starting an Action. You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky
Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0
