My AOL broadband has been off for over a week now with little success in getting the service restored.
Their tech support lines cost a fortune from mobiles and are difficult to get a response other than music.
After giving up after 10 days I'm now changing to plusnet.

People only signed up for AOL because of that sexy bird they had saying 'You've got mail'. But they're rubbish so people don't use them any more. When I cancelled my AOL subscription, the person I spoke to gave me such a hard time, I vowed never to use them again. It was like I was threatening to burn his house down and murder his new puppy!
