Me
I shop all year round, so my budget is spread. And I also make shortbread as pressies for people who I want to give something, but not to buy for. Just a token gift.
Also, I don;t buy Christmas paper - I buy plain red or gold paper and use it all year round for birthdays as well.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

If anyone else likes DramaQueens suggestion then you may also like World Vision's website as their hugely useful alternative gifts start from £5 or £6. I've bought two this year and my get a third for my brother & sister-in-law as she comes from somewhere abroad they don't have much of anything so this could go down well.

Thanks to DQ and LA for reminding me that I needed to find a suitable present for a [STRIKE]pesky[/STRIKE] aggressive person in my life. I went to goodgifts.org and purchased Peace and Quiet for £20. It's true value is priceless:)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MoneySavingExpert Forum Team0
