I would like to buy item number 290564454667. But while I'm aware that the business seller couldn't enforce their T&Cs as the conflict both with the DSRs, and with Ebay's poiicy.

I DO TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN PACKING, AND ALL GUITARS AND BASSES ARE WELL PACKED IN BUBBLE WRAP INSIDE STRONG CARDBOARD BOXES, BUT THERE IS STILL A RISK OF DAMAGE, AS PARCELS ARE NOT ALWAYS HANDLED WITH CARE, BUT DAMAGE DOES NOT OCCUR VERY OFTEN.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS, AND DO NOT BID ON MY INSTRUMENTS IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THE RISK YOURSELF, AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THESE ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

Her stupid ranting terms are actually considerably longer than her item description. You've goota love these people, I don't think ebay is for her and that is assuming RM don't chase her first for calling them all thieves!

Lol...I was about to bid on this item until I read all the eloquently put T&C's! My favourite bit: I WILL NOT cancel any bids made - if you make the bid, make sure you can pay for the item (If you can't, tough... I have been messed around too many times lately - too stupid to check your finances, too stupid to get any sympathy).

Lol yes I noted the 'Pergnant' bit to justify her items taking up to a week to be posted! I was certainly hormonal when I was pregnant so maybe her rant is down to that!!! Either way I'm scared of her!
