anyone who quoted me a legal precedence that quickly knows EXACTLY what they are up to.
I agree, and whose to say it's a real court case. At £400 I'm guessing it's probably electrical?
What if someone buys off this bloke and gets electrocuted or something like that.
I would do your part and contact trading standards. It might be to late for you but someone else may not get ripped off or worse if you report it.0 -
