Down cursorgoing too far!

Every time I press the down cursor to scroll, it goes straight to the bottom of the page. My 22 month old likes to try and press the keys whilst I'm typing, so I think she may have pressed something but I don't know what! How do I get it back to normal please?

I assume you are talking about within a web browser, but you don't mention which one.
So for say Firefox go to:
Tools >>Options>>Advanced, general tab and uncheck "always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages"0
