Why no cashback?

In Febuary I contacted Money Supermarket, to sort out my mother in laws Gas/Electric supply,this was sorted by April. I tried to contact them (M&S) this month as part of the deal was £30 cashback,to claim this amount.I was suprised at their response,as they tried to tell me this offer stopped in 2008! even though it was advertised this year. I am sure most of us have used this site and would trust them, but reading other viewers comments I do not appear to be alone in this posistion. I have sent numerous emails to them to no avail, I want to know where I can take this, possibly Trading Standards,or Annie on the Beeb.
