Can also recommend Bookpeople and Redhouse have had no problems with either. Would advise anyone to stay well clear of Bookgiant - absolutely poor customer service, currently still awaiting delivery of books ordered over 2 months ago (despite many phonecalls & e-mails promising me the books will be delivered).0

Same here... I ordered two books from Book Giant on 15th October when they did their last BOGOF promotion... still waiting after telephoning and emailing them... I would not bother with them... they took my money in October....0 -
Avoid World Books as mentioned by others, they send out books to you you've not asked for and trying to return anything is a nightmare. I've just finished my contract with them so i'm ready for moving on! I'll have a look at some of the ones mentioned above thanks!0
