hello all, ive had 3 loans with RBS, 1 to start with then 2 n 3 to consolodate, im pretty sure i had ppi on all, and i think ive been mis sold it, with the lines of it being needed incase i come out of work, now can i claim from them previous loans? also i dont have details of them anymore as they are 'paid off' could i get details from RBS? and best way to go about it!?

If mis sold for some reasons, then yes you can make a reclaim, it does not matter if they are still active or settled.
You may be able to track down the loan account numbers by checking any old statements you may have, as this is normally shown next to the loan monthly payments.
If you bank online and still with the same bank where you paid the repayments, this may allow you to go back at least 7 or more years.
If you have any local branches call in and try to get the details from them, some have done this and have been lucky in getting hold of the account numbers they need to make a reclaim.
So as long as you have these and your reasons, you can give it a go, if all sold by the same business and mis sold for the same reasons, then one reclaim questionnaire will be sufficient, remember then to enclose all account numbers that apply, or otherwise complete reclaims separately.
