Just be aware, this isn't the BBC Paul Hollywood bread book (I know the OP makes that clear, but just in case anyone gets carried away!). But, I've had a flick through, and all the recipes are pretty much the same. It's just paperback, and less well produced, but if you're really buying it for the baking, then it'll do the same thing at a fraction of the price!
