i currently have 17k spread over 3 lloyds vantage account, as the rate will be dropping to 3% i believe? is it best to leave full 15k in the vantage and move 2k elsewhere, or put it all somewhere, else, i am a non tax payer currently saving 300-500 per month (saving to move house, approx 3-4 years)
i have no other acc appart from halifax current, and nationwide current.

Consider the ns&i Index-Linked Savings Certificates.Free the dunston one next time too.0

it depends whether you can get better than 3% interest elsewhere, and/or whether you'd miss the current-account facilities available (debit card, faster payments, cheques, etc - eg you get interest until a cheque or debit-card payment clears).
If you are saving regularly, you might want to look at regular savings accounts which can get 4% or more.
Consider also the NS&I certificates - less beneficial if you are a non-taxpayer - depends what you think inflation is going to do.0
