Dear MSErs,
Hoping someone can give me good advice here!
Have £80 in Childcare vouchers left over (Now DS is over 3, we don't have to pay for his pre school any more).
Can anyone think of how I can use them up?? Our DD is due to start pre school next Jan, I don't think I can use them for her though???
Many thanks!

is there any holiday clubs near you that you think are suitable activities for your child, you could alway s book them in for a day here and there using your vouchers. ours used to go to one at the ymca for odd days as a fun day out, they usually do different activieties on different days. not sure what age from thoughnow proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j0

Same as mirrorimage, we use ours for a couple of days at Supercamps in the holidays, also, they are valid for upto a year, so we've kept for next Sept preschool! (have spoken to the preschool for prepayment in May 2012).
Leave them in your account until Jan, there shouldn't be any problems using them then.0 -
Thanks for the tips folks.
THe vouchers expire this November though. Maybe I could approach the Head and ask if they will let me pay for DD early... Don't they have to be linked to the specific child though?
Failing that I willl try the holiday clubs. Mind you, as DS is only 3, he is probably too young for most of them.

Will he be using a pre school or after school club that you could use in september or october?0

.
Ours are not specific to a child they just get taken out your salary and stored ready for use when we pay we just put our DS name as reference for nursery0 -
Are they not issued to a specific childcare provider? (ie the pre-school)Mine were, though not to a specific child.0

AH! If they are not linked to DS, I may be able to pay them to preschool early, and be 2 weeks paid up!! That would be great. I'll ask Monday!
Thanks!

They aren't linked to a specific child and you can also add a new provider if you want. We have £200 left over from my son and have been using them with my daughter and a local childminder.0
