    You were an unsung hero too!

    I think the practice was legally questionable under normal contract law, aside from the regs. Anyway hopefully this will be the back of it.

    Incidentally, it is usually the OFT that regulates the credit card business of banks, rather than the FSA.

    But there isn't a law preventing a High St bureau from claiming there is 'No commission' when their lousy exchange rate is their commission.
