Orchid CWClient connection problems

Anyone had trouble connecting to teh Orchid server recently. Admittedly I tend to only try to connect late in the evening post 9PM but for last couple of weeks unable to connect for some reason. Not a firewall issie as tried with and without it on whilst checking for any blocked connections.
Going to contact support but wondered if anyone else had experienced issues?

seems that because I reinstalled the CWClient recently I resorted to the original settings, the first time user guide tells you to update them as the Orchid server IP has changed. So my bad for not reading the instructions but as I've used it before didn't feel the need
(does beg the question why they don't a) change the installer to have the new server detail or b) blank server setting by default with a readme.txt with latest server IP)0
