At least there is some good news in the figures:

They would have been better had Towry Law complaints not skewed them higher with their disastrous handling of the Edward Jones takeover.
It appears that "conventional" products and regulated advice is continuing its decline in complaints but that is being replaced with new areas, many of which are not traditional financial services areas (such as mobile phone insurance) and lower regulated cases which dont require regulated individuals to retail them (such as PPI).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
