Co-op cashminder referred

Hi
I've not gone into IVA but am preparing for it so applied for a cashminder and was going to also do the smart saver account from co op but they said the cashminder application was referred. I'm very worried as not in an iva yet and not missed payments. I will not be able to keep my account with Natwest as they are a creditor. Did anyone else experience this?

hi, replied on another thread too. i have seen this a few times and people went on to get it sorted out so try not to loose hope.
have you rung them? 08457212212 they are very helpful. be sure it was a BASIC bank account you asked for.

This was just a basic account, cashminder. I havn't heard today so will be calling them tomorrow x0

Still not heard anything, called them again yesterday to be told they are inundated with these account applications and their underwriters will look at it on Saturday0
