yawn, you shout at me in your post then whine on manners
ironic
now if you want we can look at why you moan about PF,then go through the whole process again without doing any research on the process
Sorry you seem to be so tired, custardy, but a few more truths you are missing....
1. I have not shouted and even if I had, you wouldn't know!
2. The quote is from the forum rules, (on the right side of your screen) which you seem to choose to ignore
3. This is a money saving site. Do you not expect people to have gripes with organisations who seem to demand money with menaces? You were not present at this incident and you have no idea of just how menacing this employee was!
4. Why do you defend them so quickly? Is it because you are an ex-postie and you have a sense of loyalty? I could at least understand that!
However, please don't bother replying if you are just going to continue to be contentious. I have just relayed my recent experiences, simple as!
P.S The capitalisations to which you will be referring convey emphasis. I thought that was obvious. I therefore apologise - as a newbie, I will try to remember in future that Italics are permitted on this board. However, I am certainly not shouting at anyone on this board.0 -

Im not defending anyone
you have the means available to you to pay £0 clearance
you got yourself in the bluster the first time, then repeated the process
you want it all done for you and expect it done at no cost,or infact at a cost to all as those costs would be passed onto all customers not those who are using the internationsl services
so instead of trying to explain yourself
simply do the work yourslf at £0 cost
thats true money saving0 -

Please cease and desist from your accusations, which are simply false.
I do not and have not been blustering. I clearly want to avoid using Parcelforce and paying what I consider to be their unjustifiable "Clearance Fee".
So perhaps instead of further personal comments on my posts, why don't you simply be a good fellow money saver and actually do something positive by pointing me to the exact post where it explains to me how I can do the work myself?
I will gladly do it, but I am having trouble finding the information!
Or is that asking too much of a fellow forum-inhabiter?0 -

See how you presume once more?
Yes I did search the forums and no I didn't find what I was looking for. I didn't know which exact search terms to enter to get the result I wanted.
Thanks for the link, custardy. I just wish you could have been so helpful earlier and pointed me there some time ago instead of engaging in pointless jibes.
Have a nice day!0 -
