Speaking as some one who does this for a living and granted I would be looking to re-sell modern table and 4 chairs Id give you £15-£25, washing machine £30-£50, depends how "desperate or cant be bothered to look" the person who wants it is .At the end of the day modern furniture and second hand white goods are not worth a lot . I bought a 2k leather suite for £40 in a full house clearance two weeks ago and it was under 12 months old turned it around in an auction for £75 did the full house clearance for £290 and a lot of the stuff was new modern to be honest rubbish that cost the original buyer a lot .

I would add the reason for goods being so cheap is a throw away society most people can buy a 2k suite for £s per month and pay in 2 years time interest free, easy credit is another reason 20 years ago you would have got a lot more because of the majority of people could not get such easy credit .

Check you can actually install a washer/dryer in the new home. Is it currently on an outside wall?

Shouldn't matter. Anywhere you can install a washing machine, you can install a condenser washer/dryer.
