double checking...

afternoon..

just need to double check some advice..

have been into town today to meet my daughter and the carpark that I normaly use is plastered with signs from parking eye.. now I dont have a problem paying for parking BUT this car park has gone from free to fee overnight. I didnt have any change on me so could not pay when I parked, I did try to call up and pay via my card but this stated i needed a PIN that i dont have!?

what do I do if and when I recieve the 'fine' from them? ignore or pay??

    You ignore. Technically you owe them the price fee. Anything above that would be considered unfair penalty.

    Agreed. However.... don't make a habit of not buying a ticket in the first place.

    thank you, I dont make a habit of it, as I said in the OP the fare less than a week ago was free! or I would make sure I have change. atleast I will know for next time!..
