Urban Store non delivery

Hi, not sure of where to post this so please move if in the wrong place. Going back to the of March I ordered and paid for some earphones for £50 from UrbanStore1.com by Paypal. My order is still showing as processing. I have contacted them many times using the contact form on their website as there is no telephone number, asking for refund etc.
I opened a Paypal account just to pay for these headphones and then stupidly closed it before I got the goods. As I closed the Paypal account Paypal cannot open a dispute. I have since
re-opened another Paypal account using the same email address and asked for a refund but they are not responding to any messages. What is the best way to get my money back. They admitted originally they were out of stock, but since then I have heard nothing. Do I write a recorded delivery letter and give them a certain amount of time for a refund? What then? Thanks for any advice.:(
