Compensation from BT

On the 28th March this year, BT emailed me saying they were to cancel my Phone line and Broadband (fibre optic) connections. We had only had the service for a couple of weeks, and had no idea why this was happening.
I rang up BT and they said that the account and been slammed, and that there was nothing they could do for atleast 2 weeks.
2 weeks later, I rang BT back and they said that something had gone wrong with the order and I would need to wait another 2 weeks.
2 weeks later, I rang BT back and there was another problem, and the I couldnt get my line back. So I had to get a new phone number. This would take another 2 weeks.
So after another 2 weeks I finally got my phoneline, however, I couldnt get my broadband for another week because they can't process the request at the same time.
Its taken BT nearly 7 weeks to restore my phone line and Broadband, and this was only after I constantly rang asking to speak to supervisors!

I would like to know if I would be able to get some sort of compensation from BT and how I would go about getting this?
