Hi everybody,
As you all know i have a tribunal coming up at the end of the month for my son lewis who is 8. just shortly after i applied for dla lewis became a type 1 diabetic. I called dla to inform them of this and they saidto do a seperate claim for this as the other claim is going to tribunal.Recieved a letter yesterday saying Lewis is entitled to middle rate dla. Will this affect the tribunal?
Also i called tax credits to inform them of the dla. the guy i spoke to said it would be sent for a referral? i would recieve paperwork and list of payments in the next 10 days. Has anyone had this before?
