I recently bought an item from www.cbmstore.co.uk Before buying I checked on here to see if there was anything good/bad written about them - I found a few product links for the site but nothing negative. Google brought up their Amazon & Ebay stores & both had good feedback, so I ordered the product which was 'in stock' and ready for 'immediate dispatch'.
After 5 days I emailed asking for an order update. No reply. I emailed or phoned (phone went unanswered, answer phone messages weren't dealt with) every day until about Day 10 when I received dispatch notification. I eagerly awaited the postman each day. Still no delivery. I started emailing and phoning again, and after 3 weeks decided that they had no intention of sending my order so I contacted PayPal who opened a dispute for me. This was resolved within 2 hours of opening it and the money refunded to me.
So, if like me you are searching on here to see if they are an okay company to deal with or not, I would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere, even if the prices aren't quite as cheap or if there is a charge for delivery. And in case he opens up a company under a different name, the name on the PayPal receipt was Ben Quinlan.
I hope this helps someone from being stuffed.
