Evening all!
Not quite sure where we stand on this one so would love some help.
A couple of weeks ago there was a great Craft Today Special Value on Qvc so I got Dad to buy it for Christmas. It sold out a little later so we were lucky to get it. It was sent out by QVC to a courier the next day but it never arrived to us and has been marked as lost.
Dad has filled in the form and sent it off to them but as a new customer we are left feeling pretty down beat about it. They think it is up to us to prove we haven't got it rather than the courier to prove they delivered it. Also the item is out of stock so no replace could be sent even if they agreed to it.
Without sounding totally dumb what should we do. With Royal mail I have always got compensation. We want the item and not our money back but how do we even begin to prove we haven't got it.
Us this was our first (and LAST) order with them can people let me know who has delivered their parcels and whether they have been signed for.
Many thanks for any kind souls willing to spend a few minutes of their time helping me XXX

They send they used a courier but I don't know which one. Am hoping they have a standard one that does require a signiture.
Is it just me or is it the season for stealing parcels!!
Third thing missing in the last two weeks but other two settled easily as both Parcelnet and Royal Mail admitted they had lost them as they were tracked.:T Benjamin has won!!! Am soooo proud. I've ordered several times from QVC and never had a problem.
I have never been asked to sign for a parcel.
Have you tried calling them, or clicking on Livechat on their website? They've always been really helpful when I've contacted them.
Hope you get it sorted xGone ... or have I?0 -
never needed to sign for qvc parcels, usually sent by 2nd class post and usually take a week to arrive-sometimes i've almost given up hope of them arriving!!Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.....0

I've bought a few things from QVC and have never been asked to sign for a parcel.
I have also never had a parcel dispatched the day after I ordered it either . From the QVC Website "Our normal delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after authorisation of credit card or cheque"
I've also had a non delivery of a parcel, I contacted customer services who sent me a form to fill in to explain I had not received the parcel and returned it for a full refundFat and proud lol0
