Does anyone know of any Sniping software that works ???

I know about things like AuctionStealer, but I want to use a software sniper, as I am both wary of disclosing my password, and have had a lot of success in the past with iSnipeIt.

Unfortunately, iSnipeIt stopped working a few months back, when ebay did a system upgrade that interfered with the way the program worked.

So, does anyone know of any good sniping software that still works ???

No. I already run version 2.0.22 which is the current one on the site.

This has not been updated since about 2002/3 and doesn't work with the current ebay setup.

For that reason, I am looking for an alternate.

Hi, can someone explain what happens when 2 or more people are using this software and bidding against each other. I'm not using it but I've just missed out on a couple of items lately when trying to bid at the last minute.

If 2 or more are using it and the bids are equal, then the one who sniped first will win the bid.

The most popular one at work is Auction Sentry (http://www.auction-sentry.com)

People here at work like it as the updates are regular. If Ebay tweaks something then the updates are available very quickly to ensure it keeps working.
