1p Easter Eggs @ Tesco starts tomorrow?...

Anyone tries the single lindt eggs? There were loads in my Tesco express but there's always a big queue at the self service so didn't want to hold everyone up by checking the price and potentially going back for more!

I have just been to Tesco at Warrington and picked up 2 of the Simpsons easter eggs and have been charge 50p each for them.

The Toy story speckled eggs were priced at 50p but scanned at 1p. The labels of the larger ones in my local that were cleared away as I watched all had yesterdays prices not 1p, the SA told someone they were scanning at 1p and they could not sell them.

i wonder when all the other easter items will go down, as the bags of little lindt eggs and the malteaser bunny's were still normal price today!?

Got 4 bags of Toy story eggs after the school run this morning, went back after Brownies drop off to get a few more and they had put a 1p SEL up so they were obviously all gone!!

Also just bought Toy Story egg hunt eggs (approx 10 in bag) ......just a penny......along with the speckled eggs and one small "TINX egg" with jelly beans.....all 1p.

My local Ts has taken all theirs off the shop floor, but I found two Tinkerbell ones sat on the reduced shelf (the box was slightly bashed on both) - not stickers, not even the normal reduced one, so took the to SS hoping and horrah, they were 1p each! Thanks OP
