Ebay.... im soooo angry!!

rant......
im sooo flipping mad!!
im not a big seller, only of my own stuff, and really not very often i sell, but ive had a complaint.
i sold a jacket, used but in very good condition. it sold for less than £7, so not a lot of money i know.
the buyer contacted me, stating it was shabby and well worn, and dissapointed with it.I appoligised told her to keep the jacket and refunded her money. (muttering to my self i knew it was in blinking good condition!)
WELL.
i have just seen MY jacket on ebay, (i know that it could well be someone else, but im highley suspicious) under a name very simular, in the same location.
she bloodywell kept it, and is now flogging it on, im so angry, after she insulted me.
maybe i just offend really easily. i just wanted to rant.
sorry peeps,:o
thanks for reading:o

TBH is she didn't like it and you said she could keep it, she's doing what many would have done and sold it on.

If she's selling it and stating great condition, buy it back and make the same complaint ;-)

The more sellers who tell buyers to keep the item & give a refund, the more buyers will push it. I would have asked for the item back to give a refund when it arrived.
I would be savage if it happened to me.

I have to wonder what sort of morals people have who get a refund without having to return something.

I bought a snowsuit for DS, and as he was so big, bought something advertised as 6 months plus, even though he was 3 months. When it arrived, it had "6M" in the label, which actually meant UPTO 6M, rather than 6M+. The seller was SO apologetic, they gave me a full refund without having to send it back, so I donated it to a charity shop, and gave them a positive.

There is NO WAY I could sell it, knowing I'd had a refund. That's just SO cheeky!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I had a buyer do something similar but I knew the item sent was in perfect condition, not sure their exact motives whether they just wanted their money back and to keep the item or they had changed their minds and thought lying would help? Anyway I told them to return the item if they were unhappy and I would refund, they refused to do so. They decided to be difficult and open a not as described dispute but refused to resolve it, prusumably so the funds were withheld from my paypal account. Eventually I managed to get ebay to review it after a few weeks and they released the funds in my paypal BUT they also refunded the buyer out of their own pockets. I received a negative and they received their money back with no photographic evidence of the damage (despite my listing clearly showing no large stain where the buyer claimed there was!)

Of course the buyer always wins so I think personally you can't really win either way, you either get a negative or you end up out of pocket and sadly it's becoming a bit too common now :(

I ordered two Body Shop blushers from Ebay once, at a bargain price. They hadn't arrived after three weeks, but the seller had more and re-sent two more to me.

The original two turned up - so I contacted the seller and sent back (at my own cost) the second package. She said I could keep them, but morally it didn't feel right.

So there are some Ebay buyers out there with some morals, I promise!! :D

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".
