Thanks for the tip barbeka, I'm beginning to think I may be pushing things a bit getting both projects done in the time I have. Do I make it in to a 52 hugs jar using longer quotes and hugs or do I save the 365 jar idea till next year when it's her 50th? hmmm...

The quotes I have so far will go lovely in the exploding box so they wont go to waste

Thanks again everyone, really appreciate your help xx

    Hiya

After totally running out of time I decided to leave the 365 hugs jar for her birthday next year lol. But here's what I did make if you would like a look

I was quite pleased with how they turned out even though I got a bit stressed making the memory box, it was all worth while though when I saw her face as she opened them :)

    Love n hugs xx

    maisie - thats beautiful...........well done:T
At least now you've got plenty of time for all the ''hugs'' ...........:)

I'm going to have a go at a box of New Year Resolutions............sort of ideas like ''do a random act of kindness''.........that sort of thing so any ideas will be welcome:)

    Thanks Mary xx

She was really chuffed with them, she opened the frame 1st and she loved it but was a little quiet as her late brother was in the pic and she didn't have a copy of that pic (I nicked it from her sisters facebook album ;)) but when she opened the memory box she was back to normal laughing at all the antics we have got up to :o lol. I bet I still end up running late with the 365 hugs for next year lol.

Your idea of a box of New Year Resolutions is a fantastic idea! I'll have to dig my thinking cap out and try and come up with a few resolutions for you and I'd love to hear about your progress :)

    Love n hugs xx

maisie - not planning on doing 365 resolutions............lol Think 52 will be enough. I always nab the odd quote if I think I'll use it for something...............think I might do one for my son as well as his girlfriend if I can make the resolutions different enough. Be cheap and cheerful pressie..........needs to be cheap this year.....:)

Great ideas here and very thoughtful.
Also don't think you have to worry about how many you do - so long as you fill your container its still a lovley surprise.
