Tiscali/Talk Talk

I just had a look at my online bill from Talk Talk and for the last 2 months I have been charged for paper billing even though my account (which was previously with Tiscali) has always been online and paperless. Also I haven't even received a single bill from them.

I called them up and they said its a migration issue and will credit me but its worth checking your account and account settings and make sure nothing has changed.

I would go into how they screwed up my my last direct debit payment but its taken me 2 hours to sort out and even they didn't know what went wrong. :cool:
