Delivery Problems with Marks and Spencers

Anyone having issues with marks and spencers deliveries???
I ordered garden furniture on the 25th april, received part order (chairs) on the 5th may and have yet to receive the table.
The customer service number to ring is a joke! takes approx 15 mins to get call answered and then all they can tell me is that the "delivery team" will be in touch, I have had numerous people promise to ring me back and update from last week but their customer service is severely lacking. I am increasingly frustrated with the lack of information, poor customer service, no update from phone calls and emails and to be honest it isn't what i'd expect from marks and spencers...
tempted to cancel but I really like the furniture i'm waiting for so might give them til end of this week to sort but wondered if anyone has got the chief exec's email or a different number I can ring to get any further assistance????

Try this - chairman@marks-and-spencer.com
You'll get a reply from the "Executive Office" - TBH, I think just glorified customer service people and not in the Chairman's office as their address is Chester whilst Chairman & CEO offices are in Paddington. However, they do at least reply.0
