    Isn't that worth couple of £100 towards your creditors?
    dont think you have to put your mobile on the forms.
    also would depend on which iphone to how much its worth

    I suppose it is worth money to my creditors but I dont own the phone as it is still on contract.

    all depends on which Iphone though....i've known providers take handsets back refurb & sell on (as these cost a fair bit just to write off)

    and its not a conclusion the phone can be used elesewhere...i've known in the past O2 blocking phones of high value with bankruptcy

    I went bankrupt and had/have a contract with Orange thats I've renewed each year. as i paid monthly its always just continued - I assume they would only find out you went bankrupt although you didnt list them, would be if you stopped paying your bill.
