I've been trying to complain to BT. As they have overcharged me on a bill. So i'm talking to this CS person. I ask for his name so I know who i'm talking to so I can refer back to him. He gives me his first name but tells me he doesn't have a surname.:rotfl: Anyway I am not satisfied with his responses so I ask to speak to a manager or the complaints department. Apparently he has no boss the only other person above him is the CEO:rotfl:. So I keep asking can you please give me someone else to contact with this issue. He says no and Hangs up the phone.
Anyway I phone offcomm this morning they tell me apparently BT have disbanded their complaints department! Was it too overworked?
Anyway phoned again this morning spoke to someone else in India. She sorted my problem out in 2 minutes. (maybe the offcomm reference had something to do with it?). Anyway now just need to write and complain about the original person I dealt with.

The last time I had a complaint about billing I ended up speaking to people in the call centre in India who simply refused to see what the problem was. I gave up with them and emailed and got a sensible reply quite quickly. It's taught me a lesson I should have learnt a long time ago. Telephoning the call centre is one of the most stress inducing activities I can think of.0

I just emailed the CEO and got a reply within 3 hours solving the problem completely. I am sick of calling India.0
