Car Problems

I wonder if any one on here can help me please, i bought a 57 citroen c4 grand picasso about 3 months ago from a honda garage and since we have bought it we have a re occuring problem with something called a depolution system and the handbrake, basically when you put the hand brake on the hand brake goes faulty and the depolution system light comes on and you have to turn the engine off so that you can get the handbrake to release. This doesnt happen all the time but it seems to happen at the most inconvenient times like waiting in a very long line taking my son to school this morning. We have taken the car back to the honda garage where we bought it from 4 times so this would make it the 5th time if we were to accept a repair again. What i am basically asking is what is my rights do i have the right to my money back or a replacement car?

Any help would be appreciated.

The depollution thing will be a crank sensor (if petrol) or if the car is diesel it'll be the DPF is blocked or the Elloys fluid is low and needs topping up.

In the 4 times it's been back, what have they done?

They have updated new software and put it on there computer to diagnose what the problem might of been, and the last time they fitted a new fuse box. It is a petrol car.

Take it to a Citroen dealer under warranty.
