loanline or paragon please help!

Hi there we took a secured loan out through loanline who set the loan up with paragon the ppi was with paragons underwriters norwich union we were not given a choice about this! I have printed out the questionaire ready to post do I send it loanlinewho set us the loan with paragon or to paragon who the loan with? We paid off the loan in 2008 thanks for anyone's help just want to send it off now!

You send it to the ones who actually set up and sold you the policy, so loanline, however I am not sure if this company is still active.

When (what year) did you take out the loan?
If Jan 2005 onwards, you could try the Financial compensation scheme (FSCS) I have a feeling someone made a claim through the FSCS via loanline before and were successful, so in this case this means the business are in default.
I would call the FSCS to be sure on this one first, good luck.
