Are they strict with who they accept?0

I understand they are quite strict now and have a minimum income requirement of approx £20k.0

I have been with Citibank for 19 years now and in last couple of years their customer service and policies seem to have really gone down the pan.
Also their spread for online exchange rates between currencies including GBP/USD has doubled not so long ago so it is not such a great account anymore.0
