mulled wine......is it a really sickly smell?

do they need to be plugged into a socket?

Mulled wine, oranges, cinnamon and tinsel (yes tinsel DOES have it's own smell and it's lovely) :D

I was thinking that tinsel has its own smell earlier when I dug our decorations out, I'm glad somebody else agrees!

You can get plug-ins but I get one (or six LOL) of these

The Airwick site doesn't mention mulled wine flavour though, hope they haven't stopped doing them :( They've got berry and spice, I'll buy one and see if it's any good :D

    Hi
For me it is the smell of cinnamon and cardamom, especially with home baked gingerbread. Oranges with cloves are also incredibly yummy smelling.

Actually you might find that the reason it no longer smells "as christmassy" is because as you grow up and get older your sense of smell decreases. As a child your senses are much more sensitive and smells are often linked to memories so we remember them even more vividly :) Also if you are in the house all day doing the cooking you'll not notice the smells but anyone walking in from outside would probably comment on how christmassy your house smells :)

I've decided to get lots of candles and essential oils like orange and cinnamon, tomorrow I'll be making a start on my pommanders too so hoping they'll manage to be ready in time for christmas *fingers crossed*

This house WILL smell of christmas if it kills me hohoho ;)
