Plants watered, the soil is very dry here, could do with some rain here

Sorted out stuff I have had out all day, and put it away

    Car packed ready for tomorrow

Toots~ thank you, it seems OH got it slightly wrong, it seems DIL did not have a section but had an emergency operating theatre forceps delivery, anyway they are both ok, but babe has some red marks on his face, but I understand these will go in a day or so.

Off to wander around cyber space.

    Evening all

I got a load of washing dry, it's breezy here but we had some sun.

Had a nice walk to the park this afternoon and watched the ducks and swans on the lake.

Made sponge and little fruit cakes just now and they were not a great success - weird, it's the stuff I always make so I don't know why they've gone weird this time. I expect they're edible though, they'll have to be.

    marvellous

free listing weekend and the router packed in...a new one has been bought. Took DS with me to geek city to translate as he speaks tech too. Then he had to talk to the nice gentleman in India and talk tech speak to him, too. So far one x box one pc one laptop and one macbook are connected. We now have a guest network too.

I did what I do best - washing...I shall go and iron with Mel and Alan now...and list later

    Evening,

Another day of started well - then went downhill....
Was in Manchester for 9am. DH and I split up to save time. I got what I needed and then met him again, and treated me to a pair of shoes in TKM@xx that I didn't need :D. Couldn't leave them there - absolute bargain and then more so cos he paid.
Got back just before 1, had lunch then flopped. Am just getting going now. WM on, dinner in oven, bathroom cleaned and a night of tv and ironng is planned.
Went through my wardrobe quickly for a mini fling, and have a few bits to ebay.
We've had rain most days here for the last few weeks. hasn't rained today, but very grey and VERY windy.
Might be back later - enjoy your evening :p

Really pleased with the results of my gardening but of course there is still loads/days more of it to do.

Off to run a bath for DS3 now and I think I'll quickly clean the bathroom to free up time for more gardening tomorrow.

I just want you all to know I HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLAINING TO ALAN CARR, ON RADIO 2 ABOUT PEGS ON WASHING LINES, CLAIMING THEY SHOULD ALL BE THE SAME AND NOT MISMATCHED

but clearly there is a right way to peg:rotfl: and they must all be matching...

    you WILL be assimilated :rotfl:
