  • Argh - can't sleep. And now I'm starving hungry and craving a cuppa.

    Morning

    Mumto5~~ well done

Sam~~ glad thing are getting sorted, personally, (at risk of getting shot down in flames) I think a good clip round the lug hole old fashioned style would also have been a good idea!!

Hoovered all of downstairs, there were bits every where, gone now!
    Kitchen floors also done
    Chucked out 2 old mascaras
Chucking out in to the recycling bins various plastic / paper/ glass items.
Got chicken out of freezer to defrost for tonight and HM soup for my lunch.
Off to the dentist this morning, seems I have been allocated a new dentist and my old one has left, so could be interesting.

    Hugs all round

mumto5 and chocolate teddy - well done!

Not having a good week so far but hey ho!

    Have a good day all

HUGE congrats for very different reasons to mumto5 and sammiell!

I have woken up today with a very strange sensation - I actually feel vaguely human for the 1st time in about 10 days!

Maybe, just maybe, I can start to get to grips with the ironing sprawl - the dining room is covered with all of it at the moment....

  • Mumof5 - well done, you should be very proud of yourself.

Sammie - I'm glad things are looking up for your DD, sad that it had to come to getting the police involved but at least they took it seriously and I hope it will be enough to resolve the situation.

I didn't get much done yesterday after a rubbish day at work, I got the level ones done which was my aim and will try to catch up a bit over the weekend. I must say though that the place is looking better already.

    3. [STRIKE]Fling all those empty bottles and tubes [/STRIKE]

    5. HHI... a bit more gone!
I'm aiming for as much as possible today. The master bedroom needs a thorough clean, although I think changing the bed linen will be a weekend job. It's a pain washing wise here and DH and I both work all day and generally here washing machines are shared!! So we have a WM in the basement which we share with 2 other households so sometimes it can be difficult to empty the laundry basket. (off topic I know but we looked at one apartment which was really well refurbished but we didn't go for it because the WMs were shared between 33 flats - meaning that they had to have a rota and each flat got one washing day every two weeks )
