Will I get a form to renew DLA that expires in nov.2011?

I was awarded higher right mobility and higher rate care for 2 years until November this year.
Will I get another form to fill in or do they contact my Dr. to see if I still have the same problems?
Nothing has changed for the better, in fact things are worse and I have had MRI scans and increase in medications.

Yes they will automatically send you a renewal pack about 3-6 months before your renewal is up. I said 3-6 months cus I used to get mine in 6 months before my claim was up but the last one was only 3 months.

Yes, as previous poster said you will get a renewal form at least 3 months before your current award ends. Part of the renewal may involve them contacting your doctor.

Hi Mine is due for renewal on the 14/09 got mine it was dated 27/4 hope that helps.
