Royal Mail lost my parcel that I was returning to ASOS.

I find ASOS have good customer service and will sort this out for you, but it does take a bit of pestering sometimes. I had exactly the same problem as you with some shoes and Royal Mail were no help whatsoever. I kept getting the 'someone will get back to you soon' emails from ASOS at first, then like a month down the line I sent an e-mail telling them I was really annoyed that no one had got back to me and that seemed to get the trick. They didn't just refund me for the shoes either, they refunded my whole order so I ended up getting some freebies.
If you use Facebook & Twitter, try getting on at them through those as well.

Funnily enough I've just had an email off them. She asked me what address I sent the return to. So hopefully some action will be taken
I'm sure before I sent the proof of postage off to Royal Mail I scanned it in, but I can't for the life of me find it, I only seem to have the tracking number off the letter RM sent me back, so I'm not sure if they will be able to refund me anyway now thoughOverdraft: PAIDOU Course Fees: PAID:money:Now to save for mortgage... :money:0
