    Hiya

I'm sure, as long as you check the item is working, the kids wont even notice.

We have 4 kids, but eldest works away, so have posted him a hamper of stocking fillers ( at 17 yrs old, he has more income than us!)

DH and I both had to give up work when youngest was born with serious medical difficulties ( although I now do a few hours a week , for my sanity).

So I always try to get some of their gifts 2nd hand, and this year I was very successful.

    Number 2 son (15) : 2nd hand playstation with 2 games £50 (ebay)
    Number 1 dd (9) : 2nd hand mountain bike(immaculate) £20(local paper)
Number 2 dd : 2nd hand electric ride on scooter(perfect)£30(adtrader)

Really felt proud of myself , and saved at least £200

    Have a lovely Christmas x
    I don't know much, but I know I love you ....<3
