I had the same on my order.
problem is they dont make you aware of this price change and they did this after payment taken through visa debit!!

which I dont think there allowed to do!!!! they also dont have away of cancelling any orders once placed, so even if its wrong... you cant cancel.. only send items back!!! (which is Sh*t)

I tried phoneing 4 times yesterday but gave up,
luckily today that order they boosted the price up has been cancelled, good!!

if its just one per account, too easy just to make another and use it (I can have 1000's of email address on my server)

so now if I need anything, I'll make a new account and use the code.

I had an email from 3am saying my items were now ready to be dispatched, and that I would recieve more information when they were dispatched, how it took them a week to get the that point in the first place though is beyond me....

my order still says being prepared but money was taken from account this morning the do say payment will be taken on despatch so heres hoping mine is on the way thanks op happy hubby has some new clothes for vegas from this and the h&m codes x

My order went though fine, sale item reduced from £36 to £21 - used code and got item plus delivery for £6.

Ordered on 15th and got delivered yesterday - £6 is all they took from my card.

Courier. It had to be signed for.

Damn it! Im going on holiday tuesday, i bet it will turn up while im away. Been waiting so stupidly long for it - had email several days ago saying it was ready to be dispatched and now one today saying they were taking the money for it but still nothing about it actually coming - they say they have online tracking but it still just says order processing on their website. So frustrating!

I have received my order yesterday, it gets delivered by a courier lady that normaly delivers their stuff.
