MP3 Download sites?

Any suggestions as to which is the best (ie cheapest) download sites, for someone who doesn't want to pay a monthly subscription, but just pay-as-you go?
I have been using the (almost legal) AllofMP3 site, which is based in Russia, and gave a great service for around 15p per track, but it looks like the copyright mafia have got at the card companies and they only accept Diners cards via a third party site now for payment.

My tastes are pretty esoteric, not mainstream pop, so I need a big site with a lot of coverage.

I use iTunes. No subscription required. You just pay for the tracks you want.

I've also used Limewire to get "sample" tracks so I can decide what to buy. Before anyone complains about the legality, let me assure you that this has resulted in my buying an enormous number of music CDs, over the last couple of years, which I otherwise wouldn't have bought or even known about.

No, not bothered about Russian MP3 sites, just wanted to know which is the best value for money legal download site with the biggest coverage
