Easy way is to do it in reality..
match + petroleum jelly + Thick leather clothing = Fire effect ^_~ lol (That was a JOKE!! Don't try it unless you have a qualified stunt man + medical personal on standby!!)
But on a computer you'll need to put a fire effect over the person (easy for still image, VERY complicated for moving images)Laters
