1. This promotion is open to UK residents only. Employees of the Walt Disney Company (WDC) Consolidated PR (CPR), News of the World (NOTW) & their families, agents or anyone connected with this promotion are excluded.
2. Closing date 29.05.11.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age
4. First prize is a trip for five days, four nights including flights and accommodation for two adults to California with a visit to the Walt Disney Studios Archives. Travel and accommodation restrictions apply and booking is subject to availability. Return travel included.
5. Holiday must be taken within 12 months.
6. The prizes are not transferable, cannot be modified & there is no cash alternative. The News of the World reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for prizes of equal or greater value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the News of the World or the relevant suppliers.
7. The News of the World's record of entries and decision as to winner is final.
8. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
9. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above (e.g. telephone charges, room service etc) are at the guests own expense.
10. Accommodation will be in a standard hotel for four nights including continental breakfast.
11. Travel insurance and UK transfers are not included.
12 . Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
13. Winners will be required to participate in publicity.
14. By participating in this competition entrants agree that all those listed in point 1 above are responsible only so far as their contractual obligations to entrants are concerned and all liability to entrants is excluded to the extent permissible by law.
15. Disputes shall be resolved by applying the laws of the relevant part of the UK in which the entrant resides.
16. The information you provide in connection with the prize draw will be used only by WDC, CPR and NOTW to run and administer this promotion.
