Does HRM automatically get you HRC?

Just trying to work things out here...

If someone is awarded HRM, does that automatically mean they get HRC?

They are currently on MRC and LRM...

    No it doesn't. :)

Someone can have mobility needs but not have high care needs, or any care needs at all.

My friend was recently awarded HRM and LRC.

No mine is HRM and MRC, i could ask for HRC but i don't think my care needs require full time night care..

When i updated DLA on my DX a year ago they asked did i need more money for care, strange but i thanked them and said no.

I get HRM MRC so can concur with the others too.

Obviously being told this by so many of us may seem a bit redundant but I guess it does show that it's actually very common for people's need to meet HRM but not HRC.

A young friend of mine gets high rate mobility and has an adapted car, but no care component.

No - as others have said, it's possible to get HRM and no care, I have HRM and LRC.
