How does anyone move house!!!!!!!

;)Afternoon All,
Firstly, Thank you for all of the really useful comments and posts in this thread. I have been lurking since last April (when we put our house on the Market) and found all the information invaluable

Secondly, I am going to rant (just for a minute!).......
 AHHHHHHHHHHHH - this house buying and selling is horrible!

Our situation is:
  • Selling our first house (did not realise what a dream position a first time buyer is in!)
  • Buying the house of our dreams
Sounds simple when you put it like that, but the reality is hell! How does anyone move house!

Here has been our timescale so far:
  • January 2006 - Started getting house ready to place on Market
  • 09 April 2006 - house on Market
  • 11 September 2006 - finally got offer and accepted
  • 14 September 2006 - Put offer in on house we want to buy
Still waiting to move.................. who reckons we will make it by the time 1 year of house moving is up (Mid January 2007)!

Estate Agents, Financial Advisers and Solicitors have all been total nightmares and my hubby, kids (x2) and even the cat have all had enough!!!!!!!!

The worst thing is it could all fall through at the last minute!!!

I can't wait till it is over - How long has it been for everyone else?

Hunnybunny x :p
