Did my clothes shop today. Managed to pay £10.99 for £60 worth of clothes and some chocolate too.
Trouble is I have to return the dressing gown I bought (the £15 ones in the big bag) as not only did it moulted all over me but it still has the security tag on it.
Now how embarrassing is this going to be to not only have to return an item but it still has the security tag attached and I will get back more cash then I paid.
How do I explain the vouchers.
Help!!!

I went back today to use the remainder of the vouchers. I have two choices. Either use the last kids £5 off £25 christmas voucher and pay £20 OR, spend £54 and get clothes for £23!! Hmm... let me know! Not! LOL, so used:
two christmas ones (£10 off and £5 off) and two blue ones (£10 off and £6 off), giving me £54 worth of clothes (mostly kids again, but two women items) for £23! I'm so pleased. £106 worth of clothing for £40! Most items were in the sale too, so even better. So glad I did this, I've saved a bundle.

Uh oh! This is what I'm dreading. I actually tried on the waist coat today (very unlike me!) Just so I didn't have to go and return it, but I just pray the kids clothes fit and everything is fine.

Having said that. I returned a coat once, when I used £16 off, and explained to the lady that I used vouchers (she didn't ask me to specify which kind) so if I were you (sorry if this rubs some up the wrong way) I'd say I used the normal blue coupons you get with your club card mailings.

Ok can someone explain to me how you all get so much off?? I have the blue vouchers...mine are 10 off when spend 50 on clothing, 6 off when spend 30 on menswear, 6 off when spend 30 on womens wear and finally 4 off when spend 20 on kidswear....
Am I right in thinking that I can use these vouchers towards anything if I use self service??? please enlighten me

*edit...k I realise I cant spend on just anything now, but can I use more than one in a transaction even though it says "in a single transaction"????*

I used the golden clothing vouchers (end tomorrow -soz) and I was a little bit naughty and used some £5 Somerfield vouchers as well - hence complete embarassment!
Makes it just so much worse that it still has the tag on!

Today is the last day to use them. Am hoping to find time to do another combination exercise with the blue vouchers! Good luck to anyone else out there with finding bargains
