    It should run on your laptop, But it might be slow...

    Adobe Photoshop CS2 v.9.0? Adobe Photoshop Elements v.9.0?

    Not the same as the current programs.

    No it was the full "Photoshop V9" (not "CS" or "elements")

    Admittedly it was a couple of years ago and it was then still widely in use.
