Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 090 49 59 69 79 and follow instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. This can be repeated 3 times to reach the 9 limit.

· SMS - send a SMS text to 84066 with A, B or C to indicate their answer to the question; up to 9 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 84066 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw a third time for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated 3 times to reach the 9 limit. Except for every third SMS text entry as set out above, the entrant’s SMS text entries each costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 9 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize includes a Mini Cooper 1.6 with Union Jack roof, external door handles and mirrors (the “car”), tickets to see Michael McIntyre’s UK and Ireland 2012 Arena Tour (the “Michael McIntyre tickets”), tickets to the Britain’s Got Talent Final (the “BGT finals tickets”) and a selection of gadgets (the “gadgets”). Further details on each element of the prize are as follows:

Car
The car includes 12 months road tax, registration fees, comprehensive insurance for the first 7 days of ownership, and a half-tank of fuel. The winner may choose the car’s body colour from either Chili Red, Ice Blue or Pepper White to be agreed with the manufacturer and/or the provider of the car. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide correct and valid documentation to the manufacturer of the car and/or the prize provider. Such documentation includes without limitation a current and valid driver’s licence. It is the winner’s responsibility to collect the car from the car dealership as specified by the prize provider, which is available, subject to eligibility, 6-8 weeks after confirmation with the winner of the body colour chosen for the car. Travel expenses to the car dealership to collect the car are provided.

Michael McIntyre Tickets

The Michael McIntyre tickets are for the winner and 3 companions to attend the Michael McIntyre’s UK and Ireland 2012 Arena Tour at one of the following venues on one of the dates as specified, to be chosen by the winner, subject to availability and confirmation by the prize provider and/or organiser:

· Cardiff Motorpoint Arena - 22nd August to 29th August 2012; or
· Nottingham Capital FM Arena - 3rd September to 8th September 2012; or
· Birmingham National Indoor Arena - 17th September to 22nd September 2012; or
· London O2 Arena - 26th September to 2nd October 2012; or
· Sheffield Motorpoint Arena - 10th October to 13th October 2012; or
· Belfast Odyssey Arena - 19th October to 20th October 2012; or
· Manchester MEN Arena - 24th October to 29th October 2012; or
· Glasgow SECC - 3rd November to 7th November 2012; or
· Newcastle Metro Radio Arena - 9th November to 12th November 2012; or
· Dublin O2 Arena - 16th November to 17th November 2012; or
· Liverpool Echo Arena - 22nd November to 24th November 2012; or
· London Wembley Arena - 28th November to 3rd December 2012.

Please note that the winner’s first choice of date/venue cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to attend the Michael McIntyre tour at the relevant venue and on the date and time as confirmed. The Michael McIntyre tickets excludes meals, travel, accommodation, personal expenses and other charges, fees, expenses and costs not included in the prize. Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when attending the Michael McIntyre tour. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when attending the Michael McIntyre tour, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Proof of identification may be required to take up these tickets and attend the tour.

The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that Michael McIntyre does not perform at the venue on the relevant date, or that the Michael McIntyre’s UK and Ireland 2012 Arena Tour does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

BGT Finals Tickets

The BGT finals tickets are for the winner and 3 companions to the Britain’s Got Talent finals (the “BGT finals”) taking place at Fountain Studios, Wembley, London on Saturday 4 June 2011. The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

The BGT finals tickets excludes meals, travel, accommodation, personal expenses and other charges, fees, expenses and costs not included in the prize. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when attending the BGT finals. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when attending the BGT finals, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The gadgets are deliverable to the winner’s home address on a weekday within 28 days of winner confirmation and includes a Samsung 46” 3D LED Backlit TV, a Samsung 3D-Ready Blu-ray Player including four (4) Samsung 3D glasses, a 16GB iPad2 with WiFi in White and also in Black, a Nintendo 3DS in Aqua Blue and also in Cosmos Black, an Xbox 360 250GB Console, a Kinect Sensor and Kinect Adventures Game, a remote controlled Knight Rider ‘KITT’ car, a selection of ten (10) Nintendo 3DS games, a selection of ten (10) films on Blu-Ray Discs, and a selection of ten (10) Xbox games.

The gadgets are provided excluding any associated costs and expenses which may be incurredincluding but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The gadgets are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.
